♡ Exchanges and Returns
Hadas Gross is committed to acting fairly and providing a high level of service. Your satisfaction with the purchase process and the quality of the item is our top priority.
Therefore, we allow product exchanges provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
To exchange/return an item, you can choose one of the following methods:

Self-exchange/return at the studio - You are invited to visit our studio at Tchernichovsky St. 11, Tel Aviv.
There you can make an exchange, try on, and view our selection of jewelry.
If you don't find a piece of jewelry to your liking, you can choose a credit from one of the following options:
- A coupon code for the next purchase in the studio or on the website, for the full value of the item.
- The item must be returned within 14 business days. (At the end of the credit process, you will receive a coupon code by email).
- Refund to the payment method used for the transaction.
The credit is for the value of the item(s) only (not including shipping fees) minus a 5% credit card clearing fee.
The item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. (You can see the credit after 14 business days). - There are no exchanges or returns on special and personalized orders.
2. Return via courier at a cost of NIS 30 – Contact our customer service by phone 0509222110 or by email hello@hadasgross.com and we will arrange a courier to collect the item from you. When the item arrives at our studio, we will contact you and process a credit/refund according to your choice:
- Website credit via a coupon code for the next purchase, for the full value of the item.
The item must be returned within 14 business days. (At the end of the credit process, you will receive a coupon code by email). - Refund to the payment method used for the transaction.
The credit is for the value of the item(s) only (not including shipping fees) minus a 5% credit card clearing fee.
The item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. (You can see the credit after 14 business days).
*Transactions for "special orders" (i.e., jewelry designed to the customer's measurements and requests) cannot be canceled.
