Exchanges and returns

Hadas Gros undertakes to act fairly and adhere to the provision of a high level of service. Your satisfaction with the purchase process and the quality of the item are our top priority.

Therefore, we allow the replacement of the product provided that the product has not been used and is in its original form.

In order to exchange/return an item, you can choose one of the following ways:

1 . Independent exchange/return in the store- You are welcome to come to our store located at 33 King George Street, Tel Aviv.
There you can make an exchange, measure and be impressed by our selection of jewelry .
If you do not find a piece of jewelry to your liking, you can leave the package in the store and as soon as it arrives at our studio we will contact you and make a credit/refund according to your choice :

  • Credit to the site using a coupon code for the next purchase at the full value of the item.
    The item must be returned within 14 business days. (At the end of the credit process, you will receive a coupon code by email).
  • Refund to the payment method used for the transaction.
    The credit is made on the value of the item(s) only (not including shipping fees) minus a 5% credit clearing fee.
    The item must be returned within 7 business days of receiving it. (You can see the credit after 14 business days).

2. Return by courier at a cost of NIS 30 - Contact our customer service by phone 0509222110 or by email hello@hadasgross.com And we will arrange a courier to pick up the item from you . When the item arrives at our studio, we will contact you and issue a credit/refund according to your choice:

  • Credit to the site using a coupon code for the next purchase at the full value of the item.

* It is not possible to cancel transactions that are a "special order" (ie a piece of jewelry designed to the customer's measurements and requests).
