Warranty and repairs

1. Every piece of jewelry purchased on the website and/or in the store is guaranteed. Below is a breakdown of the warranty on each piece of jewelry by type of metal / inlay. The warranty on any piece of jewelry does not include loss.
A. Warranty on 925 silver jewelry:
The warranty period for 925 silver jewelry is 3 years.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases:
Metal manufacturing defects
Completing small stones/zirkons that fell and were lost in an inlaid jewelry (smaller than 0.05).
Resetting a fallen (but not lost) stone. In the case of loss of a stone and the absence of a compatible replacement stone, the option will be given to exchange for another piece of jewelry worth the amount.
There is no time limit For cleaning and polishing 925 silver jewelry bought in the store/website.
B. Warranty on gold plated jewelry:
The warranty period for gold plated jewelry is 3 years.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects in the jewelry / changing the color of the metal.
Completing small stones/zirkons that fell and were lost in an inlaid jewelry (smaller than 0.05).
Resetting a fallen (but not lost) stone. In the case of loss of a stone and the absence of a compatible replacement stone, the option will be given to exchange for another piece of jewelry worth the amount.
In order to preserve the jewelry and its coating, we recommend that you do not bring it into contact with perfumes, oils, creams, cleaning agents, etc.
remove them before sports activity and sleep.
Keep them in a dry place, or in boxes without the sponge / sealed bag.
third. Warranty on gold soldering jewelry:
The warranty period for gold soldering jewelry is 5 years.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects in the jewelry / changing the color of the metal.
Completing small stones/zirkons that fell and were lost in an inlaid jewelry (smaller than 0.05).
Resetting a fallen (but not lost) stone. In the case of loss of a stone and the absence of a compatible replacement stone, the option will be given to exchange for another piece of jewelry worth the amount.
In order to preserve the jewelry and its soldering, we recommend that you do not bring it into contact with perfumes, oils, creams, cleaning agents, etc.
remove them before sports activity and sleep.
Keep them in a dry place, or in boxes without the sponge / sealed bag.
d. Warranty on 14K gold jewelry and above:
The warranty period for gold jewelry is for life.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases -
Metal manufacturing defects.
Completion of small diamonds/zircons that fell and were lost in an inlaid jewel (smaller than 0.05).
Resetting of a diamond/stone that fell (but was not lost).
Cleaning and polishing are also included as part of the warranty on gold jewelry.
In order to receive service for each of the above cases, the customer must ensure that the jewelry arrives at the store at King George 33 Tel Aviv or at the studio at Tschernihovsky 11 Tel Aviv along with an invoice.
(Arriving at the studio is according to reception hours / by prior arrangement)
Intellectual Property
