Do I have a warranty on the jewelry and for how long? What does it include?
The minimum warranty for any piece of jewelry in the store is 3 years and it only goes up from there, depending on the material the jewelry is made of. The warranty covers everything from repairs, paint, cleaning and setting stone that has been dropped (but not lost).

I bought a piece of silver jewelry and it turned black - what can be done?
We offer lifetime silver cleaning for our silver jewelry, any silver jewelry that has become dirty or blackened can be white and clean again 🙂
The jewelry can be delivered to be cleaned either in the store or directly in the studio (depending on the reception of the audience or by prior arrangement).

What is the jewelry made of?
The silver jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver only.
Gold jewelry is divided into three categories:
14K gold, which means that the jewelry is made entirely of gold.
Goldfield - layered metal in which a layer of 12K-14K gold is joined under heat and pressure to another base metal (brass/copper).
Gold plating - jewelry made of 925 silver or brass and plated with 14K gold.

where is the studio What is the difference between the store and the studio?
The studio is located at 11 Tschernihovsky St. in Tel Aviv.
The studio displays 14K gold jewelry, engagement and wedding rings.
Arriving at the studio to purchase jewelry is by prior arrangement 🙂
As its name implies, the studio also serves as a workspace for preparing, packaging shipments, repairing and cleaning the jewelry.

Opening hours on Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 - 20:00
and on Friday: 9:30 - 17:00

Returns and exchanges policy
It is important to us that you know that if you are not interested in the jewelry for any reason, you can exchange or return it.
You can exchange it in the store or get a credit for the site within 14 days of receiving the item, if it has not been used and is still in its original form and packaging.
A refund can be received within 7 business days of receiving the product minus a 5% credit clearing fee.
Refunds and credits are given on the value of the item only
You can choose one of the following ways:
Exchange/return without shipping cost - a sticker and a credit form are attached to each package, you must fill in the table and mark whether you prefer a credit to the site or a refund.
After that, put the page you filled out into the bag, stick the attached sticker on top of the bag (where the previous sticker was) and deliver it to the post office nearest your home.
Return by courier at a cost of NIS 30 - contact our customer service at 0509222110 or by email at hello@hadasgross.com and we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from you .
When the item arrives at our studio, we will contact you and issue a credit/refund according to your choice.
Independent exchange/return in the store - you are welcome to come to our store located at 33 King George Street, Tel Aviv.
There you can make an exchange, measure and be impressed by our selection of jewelry .
If you do not find a piece of jewelry to your liking, you can leave the package in the store and as soon as it arrives at our studio we will contact you and issue a credit/refund according to your choice.
