Shipping Policy

♡ Home delivery at a cost of NIS 30 to (almost) the entire country (including kibbutzim and moshavim, not including Eilat). When ordering a home delivery service, the courier will contact you by phone to coordinate his arrival via Asamas message (not by WhatsApp - please note) It is recommended to be available after receiving the message.

♡ Deliveries arrive up to 5 business days.

♡ Free shipping on purchases over NIS 350.

♡ Free self-pickup from the store at 33 King George, Tel Aviv, up to 2 business days.
Another email will be sent to you that the item is ready for collection.

♡ A shipment received in the website system will be shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays).

♡ In case you enter incorrect delivery details - please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a quick solution.

♡ Any order received after 10:30 am on weekdays will be processed during the next business day.

♡ In exceptional cases when the delivery is delayed - don't worry: we are here! Hadas and the team handle each order personally and make sure to solve any problem quickly.

♡ Have you ordered a gift? Let us know at the end of the purchase process (in the option available on the final purchase page) and we will be happy to attach an exchange note and even a greeting if you wish (:
