Shipping Policy

 

♡ Free door-to-door delivery to (almost) all over the country (including kibbutzim and moshavim, excluding Eilat). For door-to-door delivery, the courier will contact you by phone to coordinate their arrival via SMS message (not WhatsApp – please note). It is recommended to be available after receiving the message.

♡ Deliveries arrive within 5 business days.

♡ Free shipping with every purchase.

♡ Self-pickup free of charge from our studio at Tchernichovsky 11, Tel Aviv, within 2 business days.
An additional email will be sent to you when the item is ready for pickup.

♡ Shipping of an item produced to order (between 14 to 21 business days) will be dispatched as soon as it is ready, and the delivery will reach the customer within 5 business days from the moment the item is ready (total of up to 26 business days).

♡ Shipping of an in-stock item, after being received by the website's system, will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

♡ In case you entered incorrect shipping details – please contact us as soon as possible, and we will find a quick solution.

♡ Any order received after 10:30 AM on weekdays will be processed on the next business day.

♡ In rare cases where delivery is delayed – don't worry: we are here! Hadas and the team personally handle every order and ensure every problem is resolved quickly.
