A. 'Hadas Gross' is a jewelry design and manufacturing studio (C.N. 305172256) located at 11 Tchernichovsky Street, Tel Aviv.
B. The jewelry offered for sale to the public can be purchased securely through the website, and self-pickup can also be arranged at our store at 11 Tchernichovsky Street, Tel Aviv.
C. Wherever the masculine form is used in these terms, it also refers to the feminine.
D. The provisions of these terms will apply to all use and purchases made by the customer (hereinafter "customer") on the website, and will constitute the legal basis for any discussion between the customer and 'Hadas Gross'.
E. Browsing the website and/or purchasing a product offered for sale on it constitutes the customer's agreement to accept and act according to the terms, therefore if they do not agree to any of its terms, they are requested not to make any use of the website.
F. We believe in the quality of our products and service and are committed to strict standards.
Purchasing on the Website
Any person over the age of 18 who holds a valid credit card from one of the credit card companies operating in Israel is eligible to make a transaction on the website.
A minor (under the age of 18) or any other user not authorized to perform legal actions without the approval of their guardian is required to inform the parent and/or legal guardian of the provisions of the terms of use and the regulations and to obtain their approval and consent for any action on the website. An order on the website will be accepted and sent to the browser if all the following conditions are met:
A. The ordered products are available and registered as in stock at the time of placing the order.
B. The order details (including an available phone number, zip code, and email address) were filled out accurately for billing and shipping the jewelry to the customer.
C. The transaction was approved by the credit card company / a bank transfer was approved / PayPal payment was made.
D. Review and approval of the order by our team will complete the ordering process. A final confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
E. Orders received on the website will be processed and approved by the team on the same day / no later than the next business day.
When making a purchase on the website, the customer will be required to enter the following details into the system: first name, last name, ID number, phone number, locality, zip code, email address, shipping address for the product, and payment details. By entering these details, the customer undertakes that they are correct. It should be clarified unequivocally: providing false personal details is a criminal offense, and it is the customer's responsibility to fill in their accurate details when placing an order for all types of purchases.
Registration on the website, as well as purchases on the website, constitute registration for the 'Hadas Gross' members' club, which grants benefits and promotions that we distribute through direct mailing; emails and messages. Credit card data transfer on the site is performed through a secure portal with the strictest standards.
It is important to clarify – we do not store credit card data. All information is stored on the credit card company's servers and is protected by the strictest standards.
Every shipment will arrive well-packaged and preserved. If you find a defect in the shipment – please contact us.
'Hadas Gross' is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to circumstances beyond its control: strikes, sanctions, and other technical malfunctions, as well as if the customer is unavailable to receive the shipment.
The images on the website change according to our existing jewelry and stone inventory, therefore there may be differences between the image on the website and the received item, mainly concerning the size and color of diamonds/gemstones.
Website prices are generally fixed, however, Hadas Gross reserves the right to change prices in accordance with market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, gold prices, and various costs, etc., from time to time and at its discretion.
If after placing an order it turns out that the product is out of stock due to exceptional circumstances that were unknown at the time of the order, the company will notify the consumer within one business day and allow them to choose between receiving an alternative and equivalent product or a full refund of the money paid.
If, in good faith, a material and obvious error occurred in the product description and/or its price, this will not obligate the company. The company will allow the consumer to cancel the transaction and will refund the full amount paid.
For products that cannot be purchased through the website, the prices and products on the website are for catalog display purposes. Additional details such as certificates, cuts, etc., will be provided during a personal meeting at the studio by prior arrangement.
Warranty and Repairs
We will be happy to assist you at any time and for any purpose. Therefore, you are welcome to contact us with any question or request.
1. Every piece of jewelry purchased on the website and/or in the store comes with a warranty. Below are the warranty details for each piece of jewelry according to metal type / setting. The warranty on any piece of jewelry does not include loss.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects in the jewelry / change in metal color.
Completion of small stones/zirconia that have fallen out and been lost from a set piece of jewelry (smaller than 0.05).
Re-setting of a fallen stone (but not lost). In case of a lost stone and absence of a matching replacement stone, the option to exchange for another piece of jewelry of equivalent value will be offered.
To preserve the jewelry and its plating, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, oils, creams, cleaning agents, etc.
Remove them before sports activities and sleep.
Store them in a dry place, or in boxes without the sponge / sealed bag.
D. Warranty for 14K Gold and above jewelry:
The warranty period for gold jewelry is lifelong.
We will repair the jewelry free of charge in the following cases –
Manufacturing defects in the metal.
Replacement of small diamonds/zirconia that have fallen out and been lost from a set piece of jewelry (smaller than 0.05).
Re-setting of a diamond/stone that has fallen out (but not lost).
Cleaning and polishing are also included as part of the warranty for gold jewelry.
To receive service for any of the above cases, the customer must ensure that the jewelry reaches the store at King George 33 Tel Aviv or the studio at Tchernichovsky 11 Tel Aviv, accompanied by an invoice.

Intellectual Property
This website includes original content, for which Hadas Gross holds the intellectual property rights, as well as content and information for which Hadas Gross has the necessary authorization to use.
Use of the website does not grant the user any right to use the intellectual property of Hadas Gross and/or the website management and/or third parties.
It is forbidden to copy, in whole or in part, publicly display, distribute, publicly perform, transfer to the public, modify, process, or create derivative works, sell, or rent any part of the aforementioned content, by any means whatsoever, without prior written consent from Hadas Gross. Any use of the aforementioned content and trademarks appearing on the website and/or the website logo is prohibited without explicit prior written authorization from Hadas Gross.
The website management reserves the right to update the terms of use presented below from time to time without prior notice or special mention in the various website channels and media.
In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency, of any kind whatsoever, between the content of the website and the provisions of these terms, the provisions of the terms shall prevail and apply.
